Request a change early
Contact the team with your order reference and the requested change. Identify configurations, quantities and affected options. Ask how approval or production status affects the change, schedule and any cost before confirming a revised order.
Record delivery issues
Inspect packaging and accessible components, photograph damage and note issues with the carrier. Keep delivery paperwork and the accepted specification. Report missing, incorrect or damaged items promptly so the appropriate handling and next step can be agreed.
Agree any return arrangements
Before moving or returning equipment, confirm instructions, packaging, collection point, handling responsibilities and costs in writing. A delivery concern does not automatically authorise a return shipment or establish who bears freight and installation costs.
