Confirm the price basis
Fixed website pod and furniture components support comparison. Selected upgrades, quote-required options, freight, handling, installation and applicable charges must be reconciled in the full quote. Check approved quantity savings separately; do not treat an unconfirmed subtotal as the payable project total.
Delivery and site responsibilities
Agree the delivery point, access, unloading, internal handling, assembly and packaging removal. Identify customs clearance and any applicable duty or tax responsibilities. Tell us about building rules and required site work before the supply and service scope is confirmed.
Payment follows the complete quote
Confirm the payment method, payable currency and timing in the accepted quote. An enquiry does not charge your card or trigger payment. Keep the approved documents and request reference so later changes can be checked against the same configuration.
